Continues every Tuesday and Friday i spend 1 hour at the gym and 2 hours every Sunday
Tuesdays and Fridays from: 1pm to 2pm, Sundays from 2pm to 4pm

L: I, Matthew Briggs, affirm that I completed my independent component which represents 30 hours of work.

I: Although i only logged gym time, which physical training is important, i also was studying Marine Corp knowledge such as general orders and rank structure which will be needed at boot camp. This makes me more prepared for boot camp which will make me better then the other recruits and a chance of becoming guide (platoon leader).

Although this might look like a shirt to everyone. In the Marines we believe that everything is earned not given. This shirt was given to be because of my rank of squad lead. The reason i gained that rank is because of my strength, knowledge and how i help motivate other poolees
A: This is answering my E.Q. I training exactly to becoming a better Marine. The better time and scores i have on my I.S.T ( Initial Strength Testing) the more higher chance of ranking up faster and same with the more knowledge that i have down by the time i leave.
