Presentations

Objective: Students will learn what it takes and what it means to be a United States Marine.

Procedures:
1. Introduce myself and my topic (The United States Marine Corp).
2. I would start by explaining what the Marine Corp is and what they do.
3.Then i would go over the requirements (physical and mental).
4.After i will talk about the different things the Marines have to offer.
5.Conclude the presentation and ask if there is any questions.

Check for understanding :
Between procedures i will check if there are any questions.

Resources/Materials:
I would prefer to have an online video, but if not then i will bring in several pictures of important Marine moments such as the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima.

1 comment:

  1. This is OK. However, asking, "Are there any questions?" does not qualify as 'audience participation'. If you want to ask a few specific questions as a review of what you've said, that's OK. But asking for questions stops the clock and generally means that you’ve stopped presenting.
